* Student Registration (undergraduate, graduate or PhD student): The online registration application must be accompanied by a written Proof of Status (e.g. a scanned copy of the student ID card or a signed official letter written in English by the Head of the Department on a University letterhead) to confirm the student's status. The document must be uploaded during the registration process. Postdocs are considered as Regular Delegates.

 

 

 

Important Note

• Regular and student delegates can attend all on-site activities and access the Congress exhibition.
• Online delegates have viewing access only and cannot interact with speakers or panelists.
• Accompanying persons can participate in social and sightseeing activities but do not attend the academic sessions.

Invoices

• An invoice can be downloaded from your personal account in the registration system after completing registration and payment.
• A standard VAT invoice (增值税普通发票) applicable in China will be sent to your registered email 7–14 working days before the Congress begins.

 

 

 

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

Registration Cancellation
Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in writing by e-mail to Congress Organizing Secretariat at info@icr2027.com, and will be subject to the following conditions:

• Up to and including April 20, 2027: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• From April 21, 2027 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
• All refunds will be processed within two (2) months after the end of the ICR2027 Congress minus any Bank charges.
 

Alterations/ Name changes
• Up to and including April 20, 2027: name changes can be made with no additional charge.
• Between April 21, 2027 and June 1, 2027: name changes will be charged with a ?administrative fee.
• After June 2, 2027: no name changes will be accepted.
