* Student Registration (for undergraduates, graduates, and PhD candidates): A valid scanned student ID must be uploaded upon online registration. Postdoctoral researchers are classified as Regular Delegates.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in writing by e-mail to Congress Organizing Secretariat at info@icr2027.com, and will be subject to the following conditions:
• Up to and including April 20, 2027: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• From April 21, 2027 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
• All refunds will be processed within two months after the end of the ICR2027 Congress minus any Bank charges.
